Am I required to give you all of my transactions?

No! You are free to keep any transactions you want. We understand that a cash buyer with a 14-day turnaround will not demand as much time as some more complicated transactions. So you only have to send us those you want help with.

What are your response times?

We understand the importance of prompt, quality work. We often start working on a contract within the same day we receive it. However, if we receive it later in the day, we will undoubtedly start it the next business day.
