Buyers notice the little things.  Even if small repairs need to be done, the buyer will often suspect there are other areas that need bigger fixes.  Those little annoyances you’ve grown accustomed to - like the leaky kitchen faucet, burned out lightbulbs, or noisy ceiling fan - can lead buyers to the next property. 

Sellers need to be aware that the buyers make the final decision. Put forth the effort to make your property the most desirable.  Walk the property, inside and out, make notes of what you can do and what requires a professional.  Get out the screwdriver, pick up the phone, get started.
